I am deeply concerned by facts learned of Jennifer Grant and her children who are known victims of suspects at-large in the community alleged to have committed and conspired to commit unlawful restraint, interference with child custody, enticing a child, harboring a runaway child, exploitation of 2 children, criminal mischief, and various thefts detailed in numerous affidavits and police reports filed including in HPD Incident Nos. 1436176-22, 0929713-23, 1021490-23, 0047579-24, 257921-24, 066211-25, Constable Report No. 2303-00095, as well as during many events responded to by deputies of Harris County Constable, Mark Herman, and filed in the following Harris County District Court cases:
