THIS IS A PUBLIC WARNING TO ALL
The woman pictured here is named Belinda Puntanen. However, she has assumed many false identities. Most recently, she is going by the name “Angel Faith Hastings” and purports to be a legal expert. She is not. She is nothing but a fraud, a criminal and a narcissist who lost custody of 3 of her 4 children and owes nearly $100K in unpaid child support for the children of whom her rights were not already terminated.
To promote public safety, to alert the general public and legal community, and to ensure this criminal fraudster is held fully accountable along with her conspirators, I have published this information. Since I first began exposing this criminal, no less than a dozen different individuals have contacted me with more information about her numerous crimes and frauds not including her youngest daughter.
Belinda Puntanen is great at convincing desperate people experiencing personal crisis that she knows the law, wants to help them through their crisis, that she is trustworthy and that she will perform certain tasks she opines they need accomplished in order to cope with their crisis or anything else. Unfortunately, because of their crisis, most of them do not realize until it is too late that she has defrauded them. I learned from one of her more recent victims who contacted me that she stole thousands of dollars from her through fraud.
Belinda Puntanen has several aliases she uses to defraud others. Her legal name is Belinda Faith Odell Puntanen. However, she has assumed several identities to con her victims. In addition to her legal name, she has assumed the following known false identities, even created phony companies and nonprofits in furtherance of her scamming exploits. She is also known as:

- Hastings & Associates TX, and
- Citizens Commission on Children’s Rights.
If you should happen to meet her, please determine where she resides, then report her whereabouts to law enforcement. Likewise, if you see her daughter Zoe Miller aka River Hastings aka River Miller, report her whereabouts to law enforcement as well.
